|Question:||Why is Play & Pay unavailable for me?|
|Answer:||It is possible for a customer to turn off Play & Pay by setting their daily spending limit to $0. The daily limit can be adjusted here.
Other issues that may deactivate this feature are: attaching an unsupported card type to your billing account, or if we were unable to process a recent Play & Pay purchase. If you're unable to access Play & Pay, please contact customer service for more information.
